Protein Pancakes

2 eggs

1 banana

1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla is best)

2 tbs. >Vital Proteins Pasture Raised Beef Gelatin Collagen

Mix eggs, banana, protein powder and beef collagen together thoroughly. Spoon pancakes onto a greased skillet or griddle. Flip when top starts to bubble ever so slightly. Top with coconut manna, grass fed butter or all natural nut butter for a delicious and protein rich breakfast.
